Policy Details
You can return your item 14 days from the date you received it.
Items that can’t be returned include: Discounted / Sale Items, Digital Items, and Print On Demand Items
For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item.

 

Shipping Fees
You are responsible for most return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Exceptions: Nora Alshaikh Art will cover shipping fees in when Items are damaged and/or defective.

Restocking Fees
Nora Alshaikh Art does not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, 

Nora Alshaikh Art will process your return. Please allow at least 2 weeks to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Nora Alshaikh Art will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
