Zuqaq Collection takes its name from the Arabic word for alleyway—a narrow, often overlooked space shaped by daily life, memory, and movement. The series reflects on these transitional environments as sites where personal and collective histories quietly unfold.

The paintings draw attention to passage rather than destination. Architectural elements, fragmented figures, and abstract spatial cues suggest compression, intimacy, and proximity. Rather than functioning as descriptive landscapes, the works treat space as psychological and emotional—formed by memory, routine, and absence.

Zuqaq Collection positions the alleyway as a metaphor for lived experience shaped by constraint and continuity, where identity is carried forward through repetition and presence.
