  • Can I order custom-made artwork?
    Yes, if you require custom artwork, please contact us via email at and we will respond as soon as possible.
  • Can I return orders?
    I gladly accept returns and exchanges please contact me if you have any problems with your order within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery. The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders Digital downloads Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Unfortunately, I do not accept cancellations; however, if you have any problems or concerns, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item.

    An FAQ section serves the purpose of swiftly addressing frequently asked questions, and it's highly likely that your question is among them.
  • Are prints and originals framed?
    No, they arrive unframed so that our clients can choose their own frames to complement their artistic area.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Orders will be prepared and dispatched to your door-step in 3 to 5 business days; delivery will be done through well-known shipping firms and will include a tracking number.
  • What is the difference between prints and original artworks?
    Prints are high-quality copies of the original artwork that are limited to a certain number of copies, usually 20. Prints are signed and numbered by the artist on fine art paper.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
